Registrations fees for the Polar Pond Hockey Championships are to be paid in full by March 16th, 2012 and are non-refundable after this date. In the event a refund is requested in relation to a registration fee the following will apply. Refunds for team registrations must be received prior to March 7th, 2012 and in all instances will be subject to a handling fee of $50. Refund requests for team registrations on March 7th, 2012 or thereafter will not be considered.
